As the kitchen's service balcony floor was raised, now the the kitchen window base is too low ... need to raise the height to 1 metre.
Still thinking if I should place and stack up the washing machine and dryer next to the kitchen sink area ... that's Plan A.
But that means the kitchen base will have to be modified?
Plan B - To place the washing machine and dryer side by side in front of the windows.
This area is just not suitable for the washing machine and dryer. May also want to box up this big fat ugly pipe!
