Before the Reno starts ...

Before the renovation starts, I thought it will be nice to capture the "before" pictures. After all, it took me 5 minutes to decide to buy this place based on the current look.

There are several factors that I have considered:
1. It is a corner unit on a high floor.
2. It is located minutes walk to the mrt station and a mega mall being built.
3. The price is right.

Seems like the door and gate was  the original one provided by HDB.
